Your tasks
- Personal and telephone customer service
- Arranging and coordinating workshop appointments
- Creating orders
- Support with invoicing
- Processing warranty, accident, and insurance claims
- Coordinating recall measures and seasonal promotions
- Support with vehicle acceptance and return
Your skills
- Completed vocational training
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
- High quality standards for your own work
- Strong customer focus and customer contact skills
- Knowledge of common IT applications
- Eagerness to learn new things and motivation for further development
- Enthusiasm for mobile travel
